When displeasing photographs of the mind plague us here is what to do.Pray nonstop, ultimately on your knees, and God’s message will come through.A tip to know is that you can choose what thoughts will keep or lose.Using positive affirmations is self-talk to let loose of the Blues!Those of us with PTSD have a continuing battle with Satan’s tense strategy indeed.The antidote to his dark plan is to have the belief of a seed.The thing to help in times of need is to not give in to disdainful thought.Remember that our obligations we owed our Lord Christ had bought!No longer are we captives of the stress of our past.Praise, prayer and offering will make our recovery last.Unfortunately, this plan can only be performed by you and me.The work that is needed comes from within, you see.Our thoughts are like color on a canvas for our life.The colors we choose will determine how we handle strife.We can only control our very own lives and not that of our household or friends.How we choose to think on goodness or unhappiness our mental condition depends.Just understanding there is evil in the earth is enough to make us aware.A strategy is connecting to our Higher Power in meditation that will help us beware.Another tip to keep our mind sound is to consider our delights all around.At times it could be miserable, but praising God will help them be found.Another tool to fix our broken spirits is in seeking like-minded fellowship.The Law of Attraction, applied correctly, will rend us caring companionship.Burdens contributed and given to Christ will carry the previous relief.The only thing needed is motivation for this to occur will using belief!You will know when your mind has gone astray through your desires at night.Prayer in rule form will defend you from the past’s scare to give you might.There is one more vital tool to obtain your soul’s breastplate and shield.Giving thanks for all you have (regardless of how small) your conditions will provide!
